With the weather being so warm in London, you might be looking at entertainment that makes the most of being outdoors. This Saturday, the 23rd July, Alexandra Palace are hosting their summer festival. Sat atop a hill, the festival gives wonderful views across Camden and further London and has fun for all the family.
With activities ranging from arts and crafts, a waterslide, three stages offering different genres of live music performances, an organ prom and an open cinema screening of ‘ET’, the festival offers something for everyone.
You can also expect more unusual entertainment such as a pram race and a silent disco, where everybody participating wears a set of headphones and can choose whichever station of music pleases them without disturbing those around them with loud speakers.
For some craft beer, popular street food and a variety of entertainment, you can truly make the most out of the fleeting English summer at Alexandra Palace Summer Festival.
